PREVENTIO GmbH was founded in 2021 by fellow students Andreas Bechmann, Bledion Vladi, Frederic Büdel, and Ex-Microsoft director and serial CTO Peter Yves Ruland. Preventio was inspired by the idea of using existing technologies to create a safer and more sustainable housing ecosystem. Housing damage can be accurately predicted through AI-based solutions and mitigated through suitable recommendations. In this way, Preventio will not only profoundly transform entire industries, but also have a positive impact on society by reducing the loss of resources and improving the living conditions of residents. Based in the heart of Frankfurt, the company wants to contribute to the further development of the location as a growing business and start-up hub.
